The Position:

Ny Rent Own Sell is looking for talented individuals to join our Real Estate team. You will be working directly with clients in a fast-paced sales environment to help redefine the process of renting apartments in New York City.

You will be part of an experienced, energetic team that promotes collaboration and values creating amazing client experiences. This is a great role for someone who excels at building long-term relationships. Successful candidates for this selective position will have an interest in real estate and a drive to be an entrepreneur

What you'll do:

  • Work and close transactions with qualified leads from our Client Success team
  • Work creatively to acquire new Ny Rent Own Sell clients
  • Coordinate property tours for clients and keep your pulse on the finger of New York City's vibrant real estate market
  • Use data to help buyers and sellers value properties
  • Negotiate pricing and coordinate the closing process between multiple stakeholders
  • Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop expertise in various neighborhoods and types of buildings
  • Take advantage of our extensive agent marketing capabilities to create unique outcomes for clients

  • Robust NYC knowledge
  • Strong interest in real estate
  • Passionate about building relationships and helping people with one of the biggest investments in their lives

Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Start-up experience a plus
  • Big plus for experience in GraphQL, Flow JS, Jest, Immutable
  • D3.js, Leaflet, and other browser visualization libraries
