Built-in drawer units in the main closet, full height closet in the hallway next to the oven, wire rack storage unit in the living room, and lots of cabinet storage. Everything will be available to you except the upstairs closet, which will be locked for "owner storage." - Laundry room on every floor. - Building has two roof decks. - No pets. - In mid-November, tenant will need to be out of the apartment from 8-5pm for 4-6 business days while the building is upgrading the A/C unit. Tenant will be permitted to re-enter the apartment in the afternoons. This date may shift as this is a building-wide project. - This is a co-op building, and the approval process can take 1-2 months. - Non-refundable Fees: $150 credit check fee. - Refundable Fees: $500 application deposit (refunded if application is approved), $500 move-in deposit (refunded if no damage), $500 move-out deposit (refunded if no damage), $5,000 security deposit (refundable if no damage to apartment), and rent of partial month + first full month (refunded if application is denied). *Utilities included: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Internet, and Electricity. Electricity capped at $250 – anything beyond that will be charged to tenant. The bill never gets that high – this is just to ensure tenant does not run a BitCoin farm from the apartment.
